Sintana Energy, (SNN) is a public Canadian oil and gas exploration company listed on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol SNN. With offices in Toronto, Canada, Dallas, Texas, and Bogota, Colombia, the company is targeting assets in Central and South America, with an initial primary focus on Colombia and Peru.

Since inception in April 2011, Sintana Energy has acquired an interests in seven high quality exploration blocks in Colombia and the one in Peru and is continuing to negotiate for additional opportunities in Colombia.

The Sintana management team has over 200 years of combined international oil and gas experience, and has operated companies with over 150,000 boepd in more than 20 countries. Management has founded successful grass roots international exploration operations.

The Company will seek to build a production, development and exploration asset base by:

• Acquiring and exploiting proven and probable reserves though its operational and technical expertise;
• Building a portfolio of high impact exploration prospects; and
• Applying Management's financial expertise to properly capitalize its activities.
